How it works

Three simple steps before you trust someone with your deposit.

Want to send a deposit to someone you don’t know? Create a SureDeal.

Add the provider, what you’re booking, the price, deposit amount, date, and the basic terms. SureDeal gives you a code for that transaction.

Send the code to the provider.

The provider claims the code, reviews the booking, adds or confirms their terms, and sends the SureDeal back for you to review. Now both sides are looking at the same deal.

Pay under the agreed SureDeal.

Once SureDeal payments are available, the deposit follows the agreed payment, release, cancellation, and refund rules instead of being treated like an informal transfer. If the agreement calls for a refund, the applicable refund process can be followed.
